All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered via download, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges due to the instant access provided.

Exceptions for Digital Products:

We may issue a replacement or assist with troubleshooting in the following cases:

Consulting & Coaching Services

All consulting and coaching services are non-refundable once booked and completed. We dedicate time and resources to providing high-value insights tailored to your business.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule a booked consultation or coaching session:

Physical Products

If we introduce physical products, we will provide a detailed return and refund policy that includes eligibility, return shipping instructions, and processing times.

Unauthorized Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us at admin@businesslabsolutions.comΒ before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension from future purchases.
